About The Smiling Souls
What is The Smiling Souls?
A 50+ Lifestyle Club and senior community that brings happiness, wellness and talent together for seniors. Join live sessions every day, meet friends at in-person events in 100+ cities, perform on stage, travel together and get support for health, living and money matters.
Who can join?
Everyone 50+, whether you are 50, 60, 70, 80 or beyond. You can also gift a membership to your parents.
Is it only online?
No. There are live online sessions every day, and in-person events, stage shows, meets and trips in cities across India.
Membership and Smiles
What membership plans are there?
Gold (βΉ1,100 for 3 months), Diamond (βΉ2,100 for 6 months) and Platinum (βΉ4,100 for 12 months). All prices include GST. Platinum gives the best value.
What are Smiles?
Smiles are the credits that come with your plan. Use them to book live sessions. Bigger plans come with more Smiles.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes. Gift a membership to a parent, grandparent or friend at Gift a membership.
Sessions and events
How do I join a live session?
Log in, choose a session, book it with your Smiles and join from the website or the app at the scheduled time.
How do I attend an in-person event?
Browse upcoming events in a city near you, book your seat and simply turn up. Our team will be there to welcome you.
Can I perform or share my talent?
Yes. Join Talent School to learn singing, dancing or acting, enter the Seniors Talent Contest or share your story on the Seniors Podcast.
Health Plus, living and travel
What is Seniors Health Plus?
A wellness plan for one person with preventive health check-ups, online doctor and diet consultations, a health wallet for clinic visits and lab tests, online pharmacy discounts and gym sessions at partner fitness centres, all used through our partner health app. It is a self-only plan and not insurance. Gold βΉ1,999, Diamond βΉ3,799 and Platinum βΉ4,999, plus GST. See Seniors Health Plus.
How do I book a trip?
Choose from Day Out, India Holidays, World Holidays or Soul Yatra and call our travel team on 080697 01216.
Do you help with senior living or finances?
Yes. Explore community living options, will making, retirement planning and insurance through our trusted partners.
App, account and support
Is there an app?
Yes. Download The Smiling Souls app from the App Store or Google Play and use the same account on web and app.
Why do I get an OTP when I log in?
For your safety. A one-time password is sent each time you sign up or log in, so only you can access your account.
